We are glad to announce the start of SPAN Internship Program (SIP) Batch-1 for the year 2009.
Objective of the Program
Objective of the program has always been to encourage young talents in the country, groom them according to SPAN culture, working methodology, and to provide the right opportunity to explore and gain professional experience. This program enables the candidates to hone their working skills and enter the IT industry.

Prerequisites for candidates taking part in SIP
We are looking for graduates - B.E / B.Tech / M.C.A / M.Sc degree holders with good computer programming knowledge. We will consider 2008 & 2009 pass-outs only for the program. We will also consider the shortlisted candidates of 2008 SIP batch based on the availability.
The entrance test of 1-hour duration will comprise -
§ Part I - General Aptitude: Analytical, Arithmetic, Verbal & Reasoning.
§ Part II - Technical: General Programming skills,
Successful candidates will be called for an interview before being inducted into SIP 2009 Batch -1
Employee Referrals
As an introducer of the candidate, it is the responsibility of the employee to enter the requested details in the application available on the Intranet. We will not consider any resumes sent directly by the candidates.
From the URL http://intranet.spanservices.com, select the Domain as General, Log in with your Windows credentials, and enter the details of the candidates. When you save the details, a list appears at the bottom of the page and will allow you to enter the next candidate’s details. You can also delete an entry from the list by selecting the trash bin icon next to the entry.
Note: For those employees who are out of office or on-site, please send the resume as an email to Aparnaa_t@spanservices.com.
The last date to submit the referrals is 28.08.2009.

Can you please tell abt the technial Programming test...its contents...?
Last date of submission is over.
Besides, this is just pass on info and everything passed onto the mod is posted here.
Any extra info, you have contact the company officials and find out for yourselves. (And if possible, inform us about it here for benefit of others)

I was told that test ll be on DB , VB , C ,C++ and Java . Some guy said they ll give option for candidate itself to select any of the above subjects. Info i got from guy who referred me .
